Handle wrapping machine for one-loop bags
Machine used to wrap fabric (of maximum 30 cm width) around one or both handles of the 1- or 2-loop 500 kg bags.
Fabric to be wrapped around handles of bags, as well as the bags themselves are placed in the machine. After that, the fabric is wrapped around the handle and is tightened by pneumatic system.
In next step, moveable sewing machine and knife start their operation. Fabric is stitched with by sewing machine and simultaneously trimmed by the knife. After sewing process, the thread is cut by cam system 4-5 cm away from the fabric. Then the sewing machine and the knife return to their home position.
