Machine for cutting fabric for big-bag components

Commonly used, compact model of polypropylene fabric cutting machine used for big-bag production.

Machine is used for cutting pieces of fabric for side walls, tops and bottoms (thanks to possibility of hole cutting), as well as for cutting pieces of fabric used for top and bottom spouts.

To prepare the machine for production it is necessary to set the expected length of cut piece of fabric, install the proper hole cutting unit and set the hole cutting position.

Once above preliminary jobs are finished, the machine is ready for production which will be executed until the set amount of cut pieces is reached.

Machine allows adjustment of time and cutting temperature (depending on used fabric). It is also possible to adjust work speed of the machine.

Constant position of fabric in the machine is assured by edge control unit.

Together with the machine three hole cutting knives are delivered (diameter of knives can be chosen by the customer). Additional knives can also be delivered.

In standard version of machine cut pieces of fabric are collected manually, but optionally it is possible to deliver optionally automatic stacking unit.

Apart from standard version of cutting machine, also following special models are available:

• Q version: apart from cutting pieces of fabric with or without holing, this machine allows preparation of big-bag stabilizers (so called 'baffles')
• 2000 version: allows cutting of fabric from rolls of width exceeding 1400 mm
• 2200 version: allows simultaneous cutting of fabric from two rolls:
