Machines for production of liners for four-loop bags
Group of machines allowing forming of liners for four-loop bags.
First step of liner production is side sealing of liner (impulse sealing).
After that, the foil is straightened by means of dancer rollers.
Next section is responsible for sealing of top and bottom spouts.
The final stage is cutting of formed liner.
Ready made liners are manually collected by the operators.
Optionally they can be transferred to vacum conveyor and/or collecting unit.
