Edge pre-folding and sewing machine KPM 1400
This fully automatic machine can be used for either folding both edges of a flat fabric, which do not have selvedge or to narrow the width of the fabric. This is the appropriate solution for the customers willing to reduce big stocks of many different widths of fabrics. The machine consists of feeding, sewing, reserve and winding unit. The adjustment of the required width of fabric can be easily done by increasing or decreasing the distance between two sewing heads.
To obtain tightly and properly wound rolls, there are two switches to start and stop the winder which is automatically activated by a dancer roller. The winder is equipped with an air-expanding shaft which tightly holds the winding core.
