Machines for production of liners for one-loop bags
Group of machines allowing forming of liners for one-loop bags.
First step of liner production is unwind of PE foil from roll and straightening it in dancer rollers section.
Next step is welding of top part of liner (filling spout and suspension parts welding).
The final stage is bottom weld and cutting of formed liner.
Ready made liners are manually collected by the operators.
Optionally they can be transferred to vacum conveyor and/or collecting unit.
