Big-bag cleaning machine

During big-bag manufacturing process, especially during cutting and sewing process, the fabric gets electrostatically charged. This results in adherence of different contamination (pieces of fabric and threads from manufacturing process, as well as other post-production dirt and biological contamination).

Big-bag cleaning machine was designed for immediate removal of any contamination from inside of the bag.

Strong air-flow (5000 m3/h) removes all contamination to special collecting bin. Air pressure adjustment section allows choosing of optimal value, where all the bags, regardless of their dimensions, are being cleaned with the same intensity.

Depending on shape and dimensions of the bag, cleaning process lasts from 8 to 25 second. Special design of the machine allows cleaning of bags with different dimensions of filling and outlet spouts without any special modifications.
