Light weight machine for abutted seaming of fabric
Specialized machine, dedicated to connecting ends of woven and non-woven fabrics, knits and foams, mounted on machines where endless feeding of material is necessary (i.e. on dyeing or finishing machines).
The machine is connecting ends of fabric with single needle, one or two thread seam (sample of seam is presented on the photo below).
Machine is mounted on special trolley, moving it automatically in both directions.
It is possible to adjust the moving speed of the whole unit, as well as work width of sewing.
Basic technical data:
- sewing speed: 5000 rpm
- seam width: 9,5 mm
- seam length: 2,1-5 mm
- stitch type: 501 SSa-1
Complete set (sewing machine + trolley and frame) can be delivered in:
- in two thread version
- with chrome covered parts (to protect them against humidity)
- with pneumatic drive (in case of assembly of the machine in so called wet zone), as well as electric drive
