Palletizing press
Machine was built for pressing and packaging of ready made bags, stacked on pallets.
Wooden pallet (80 x 120 cm or 100 x 120 cm) is placed in the bottom of the press; the bags are being stacked on the pallet.
After the requested amount is placed, hydraulic piston decreases, pressing bags with force of 24, 40 or 60 tons.
Palletizing process can be finished by the operator, after reaching the expected height of pallet. It is also possible to end palletizing process when the piston reaches maximum.
Special construction of pressing table (rows in its surface) allow free guiding of plastic or metal staps, binding the pressed pallet.
Finished pallet is pushed out of the press by means of bottom piston.
Inner walls of the press are made of stainless steel, making the whole process extremely clean, which is an important factor for end-customers in food and pharmaceutical industry.
Machine can be operated by one person.

- machine can be delivered with moveable side wall, allowing use of pallets of two different dimensions
- increased height of cabin of press (for pressing higher pallets)

- holders for plastic and metal stripes, mounted on the back wall
Presses can also be used for another purposes (such as pressing of waste materials in recycling plants).
