Union Special BC 200/300 bag closing machine

Union Special BC 200/300 bag closing machine is high capacity unit, equipped with unique thread guide system and internal forced lubrication system.

All external parts of sewing head are made of stainless steel.
Depending on the stitch length and type of sewn material, capacity of the head might be up to 44 50-kg bags per minute.

Start and stop of the machine is done by means of foot switch, installed on the mounting column or by sensor registering presence of product.

Chain is being cut simultaneously by automatic knives, during machine's operation.
