Bag feed-in devices for stationary bag closing machines
Bag feed-in devices for the high speed and high performance bag closing machines, series 80800 and BC 200 allow to reduce amount of employees needed operating on production line.
Filled bags are fed into the sewing machine. Rotating knives cut top of the bags before sewing. Set of sensors starts sewing machine and knives cutting chain/crepe tape.
Basic technical data:
- standard voltage for motor: 220-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz
- standard voltage for motor: 380-415 VAC, 50 Hz
- standard voltage for motor: 420-480 VAC, 60 Hz
- speed: 9-16 m/min or 11-23 m/min
- depending on the length and filling height of the bag the seam can be adjusted to a depth of up to 120 mm from top of the bag, standard setting 30-40 mm
- the paper or HDPE-foil bag top is trimmed approx. 20 mm (max. 90 mm)
Options available:
- speed adjustment by means of inverter
- crepe tape folder available for 50, 55 and 60 mm wide tapes
- unit folding top of the bag (approx. 30-40 mm) before its feeding to sewing machine
