Union Special 1200-1500 bag closing set

Light weight Union Special Union Special 1200-1500 bag closing set was built based on Union Special 2200 unit. It is designed to close small bags with single or double thread stitch.

Basic technical data:

• bag closing unit technical data: as per specification of Union Special 2200 machines
• manual height adjustment of ground column: 765-1035 mm (floor-to-needle level) (1200 model)
• electric height adjustment of ground: 765-1165 mm (floor-to-needle level) (1500 model)
• start of sewing: photocell
• LOE model: equipped with thread knife
• LOEB model: equiiped with tape cutter
• capacity: up to 200 bags/h
• power supply: 400 V, 3 phases

Options available:

• conveyors available in lengths of 1500, 2000 and 2500 mm; width: 250 mm (other dimensions of conveyors available on request)
• device for manual folding of top of the bag
• crepe tape application (50-60 mm)
• small moveable base for column
