Union Special 4000 bag closing machine

Portable bag closing machine, series Union Special 4000 is highly efficient unit for closing bags made of light weight materials, such as jute, cotton, paper, PP and other woven.

The unit is well-balanced, with specially designed handle which makes operating very easy.

An additional advantage of the unit is its very attractive price, especially taking into consideration technical parameters.

Basic technical data:

• sewing speed: 1600-1800 rpm (depending on stitch length and material);
• seam specification: single locked chain stitch 101;
• stitch range: 7,2 mm;
• sewing capacity: 8 mm (for paper bags, up to 12 paper plies);
• standard linear speed: 12 m/min at 1500 rpm and 8 mm stitch.
