Test press for testing one-and four-loop big-bags
Machine designed for testing of ready made, one- and four-loop bags,
Big-bags are mounted on the loops of load cells. The granules inside the bag are pressed with a piston, until a burst of belts or fabric.
The data is shown on the display as test results. For testing of one loop bags there is a hook placed in the middle of the machine. The bag is hanging on the hook and is tied on the bottom part to another hook.
Four-loop bags hang on four load cells of the machine.
Basic technical data:

- maximum size of bag to be tested: 150 x 250 cm
- maximum pressure: 20 tons (can be changed upon request)

- test method: cycle testing
- granule feeding of bag: with vacuum
- sensor: digital vector sensor
There are 4 different tests you can make on this machine:
- bursting test: bursting the bag at once (with speed control, with 5 levels)
- cycle test: 10-20-30-50-70 tests can be made and during the test force applied on each load cell can be observed on the indicators; at the end of the cycle the bag
- holding test: during that test the pressing power is being hold steady
- pressure test: done on big-bag for 24 hours
