Machine for attaching ropes to sport-nets and fish-nets borders
For customers searching for a solution allowing them to sew-in the rope in the border of nets, company Union Special has prepared two special models - Union Special 81500 CZ 3374 A and B.
Union Special 81500 CZ 3374 A sewing machine is designed for thicknesses of ropes in range between 4 and 12 mm.
For nets sewn parallel to the mesh, no feed dog is used and the throat plate has no slots (standard version). For nets sewn diagonally to the mesh a feed dog and throat plate is included.
Basic technical data:
- sewing speed: 1200 stitches/min (recommended: 950 stitches/min)
- stitch type: 504
- stitch range: 4-12 mm (standard setting: 10 mm)
- sewing capacity: 71 mm
Union Special 81500 CZ 3374 B sewing machine is designed for thicknesses of ropes in range between 10 and 16 mm.
Together with the machine, sewing table and motor must be delivered.
