PE liner blower machines for bags with inlet and outlet spouts
Machine was designed for placing the PE liner inside the body of big-bag, even though there are inlet and outlet spouts in its construction (resulting with limited acces to the internal surface of the bag).
PE liner is being placed on the arms of the machine. Span of arms is adjustable, depending on the dimensions of the bag.
After the liner is mounted on the machine, the operator covers its outside surface with glue by means of glue gun. To allow full covering of liner's surface with glue, the arms of the machine can be 360 degrees rotated.
The next step is placing the big-bag over the liner and blowing of both components from the inside (during this process the liner sticks to the inner walls of the bag). After this operation is ended, arms of the machine return to home position and bag completed with liner can be taken off the machine.
Adjustable machine arms allow application of liners into bags of variable dimensions, also ones of rectangular shape.
Air filter used in machine's pneumatic system protects the inner surface of bag and liner from dust.
