BCM 1200 polypropylene belt cutting & marking machine
Very efficient machine designed for automatic cutting and marking big quantities of webbings and belts made of polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, mono- and multifilament.
Belt rolls are placed inside the roll containers mounted behind the machine (for belts up 70 mm width: 3 rolls, for belts of 50 mm width: 4 rolls).
The web of belts is being guided through the drive unit of the machine and required cutting and marking parameters are being entered in its control unit.
Based on set data the machine starts its operation and works in fully automatic mode.
Standard or PLC controlled version is available.
