Przenośna maszyna Union Special 2200

Union Special 2200 bag-closing machines are 1- or 2-thread units, that can be used for closing of bags made of jute, cotton, linen, paper, foil and plastics, as well as for sewing geotextiles. The machines also allow to sew with use of crepe tape and/or filler cord.

The upper and lower feed dogs make material movement stabile and uniform.

Basic technical data:

• sewing speed: 1200-1700 rpm (depending on stitch length and material)
• seam specification: double locked chain stitch 401 or single locked chain stitch 101
• stitch range: 3-9 mm
• sewing capacity: up to 9 mm (for paper bags, up to 24 paper plies)
• standard linear speed: 12 m/min at 1500 rpm and 8 mm stitch

Options available:

• start/stop controlled by sensors
• main components of the machine made of stainless materials
• crepe tape application module and automatic tape cutting module
